The Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) has recently announced the imposition of registration bans on a number of Indonesian football clubs, including Persija Jakarta, for the next three transfer windows. This decision was officially disclosed on the federation’s authoritative website earlier this week, affecting a total of five Indonesian clubs.
Aside from Persija, other clubs that have been sanctioned include Persiwa Wamena, Persiraja Banda Aceh, Persikab Kabupaten Bandung, and Sada Sumut FC. These clubs are prohibited from registering new players and engaging in any transfers for the duration of the next three transfer windows.
