Selangor FC emerged victorious in the mini RCTI Premium Sports tournament with a 1-0 win over Persija Jakarta in the highly-anticipated match at the Jakarta International Stadium on Sunday.
The Malaysian team, commonly referred to as the Red Movement, secured an early lead when Ahmad Zikri delivered a precise cross into Persija’s penalty box, which was expertly met by Alvin Mateus Fortes’ header. This early goal established a 1-0 advantage for Selangor.
